Title:Zebra Mussels Eradicated from Lake Waco in Central Texas.
CommentsPress release. Collected over 2 consecutive days. In September 2014, 75 more collected. Eradication was attempted in Oct 2014 by covering the boat ramp floor with a pond liner. Liner removed March 2015. July 2015 water samples had no veligers. On January 21, 2021 the state of Texas declared a successful eradication.
