Impact Description | Invasive Harris mud crabs, Rhithropanopeus harrisii, and native perch, Perca fluviatilis, both consume marine isopods, Idotea balthica, in the Baltic Sea. Laboratory experiments indicate Harris mud crabs and perch have an antagonistic relationship and reduce predation on isopods when both predators are present. |
