Impact DescriptionIn Lake Okeechobee, FL populations of P. "multiradiatus" was associated with decline in abundance of native fishes, notably white catfish (Ameiurus catus), Florida gar (Lepisosteus platyrhincus), threadfin shad (Dorosoma petenense), gizzard shad (Dorosoma cepedianum), and largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides).
