| Comments | In 2012 a single Trapa natans plant was found at a Connecticut River site in Hinsdale, NH. In 2013 a group of volunteers led by Laurie Callahan visited the site to do a more thorough survey and to remove T. natans plants that were found. They screened approx. 20-30 acres of surface water in the general vicinity and found T. natans growing in an area spread over +/- 5 acres and removed all plants found, which was 685 plants (approx. 22.5 gallons).; EDDMapS report |
