Comments | Discovery 2008: On the Maine/New Hampshire border, Spaulding Pond is an impoundment of Salmon Falls River. Maine DEP and NH DES surveyed the pond for variable milfoil. 2008: revealed four areas with dense variable water milfoil growth. There is local interest in beginning manual removal of dense areas of variable milfoil. |
