Impact DescriptionOsteopilus septentrionalis have been observed engaging in mating behaviors with southern leopard frogs (Lithobates sphenocephalus); while these species cannot produce hybrids, the parings of Osteopilus septentrionalis with natives could affect the fucundity of native frog species.
