Commentsgrowing to about 4 m deep, densest on NE shore; weather overcast to sunny, calm to light breeze. Surface water temp 16 C. Sampled 6-22,23-10. Many tadpoles around shallows of county park. Flowering rush patchy, dense at north end in coves. Observed bald eagle pair with nest, wood ducks, freshwater sponge, bluegreen algae scum in coves bright blue. Did frequency and biomass sampling in anticipation of flowering rush control trials (which were later postponned until 2011).
