Commentscollected flowering stalks to assess seed-set, found very few ripe seeds per flower; Weather sunny, breeze. Launched boat at Horn Rapids and motored the south shore toward the dam. Looked for flowering rush in areas where it was found during July visit., it was more difficult to find - water high, murky, submersed vegetation very dense.
