Commentsscattered, hand pulled plants seen at upper end, sprayed the other emergent plants we found; Weather sunny to overcast, calm to light breeze. Launched WDFW air boat on the Yakima River side of Bateman Island. Started survey at approx end of Corps jurisdiction (about 7 or so miles upstream), ended just downstream of the Wanawish Diversion dam (Horn Rapids). Surveyed both sides of the river for flowering rush, sprayed or hand pulled all we saw. Saw most plants on the west side of the river.
