Comments2 plants seen, hand pulled; Weather clear, light breeze to calm. Launched boat at Plymouth, just downstream of McNary Dam. Motored all around launch 'island'. Found and hand pulled 2 flowering rush plants in a cove on the downstream side of the 'island'. Also boated downstream of the southern tip of the 'island' about 1.25 miles. Water level lower about 2 ft than normal water line.
