CommentsWater Hyacinth. I have picture(S)but couldn't get it to upload. This plant was apparently taken from a water garden and put into the lake (lake is owned by the City of Johnston City). Managers were told of the harm it could do and advised to remove it from the lake. They said they would do it immediately.; EDDMapS report
