CommentsI have fished in this creek for over 10 years and this observation, together with a second separately reported this date (with personal credentials) are the first I have noted. This infestation consisted of several scattered small patches, none larger than about 3 square feet.I did not photograph it, since I was wading and did not want to risk getting my camera wet.I filed an earlier report this date concerning a second, considerably larger, infestation of E. densa a short distance downstream from this site.
