Title:You won’t believe what this guy pulled from Rochester's drinking water supply
Publisher:Democrat & Chronicle
CommentsAll recently deceased. "Six days after his first discovery, Ballard and a friend returned to the spot on Hemlock's shore where he’d found the eel and located six more floating near the bottom not far from shore." NY DEC electrofished for more eels. The eels are sold live in fish markets, and are used in ceremonial releases.
