CommentsIdentification confirmed by Stephen Enloe, University of Florida and Robert Johnson of the New York Hydrilla Collaborative (http://hydrillacollaborative.com/). Also notified: IL DNR, IL Dept of Agriculture, IL Extension. Pond was treated week of July 30. Surveillance of other nearby ponds and Des Plaines River underway. Sediment samples will be taken in the fall to look for tubers.
