Comments | Water Hyacinth was discovered in Pike Lake (#27011102) in Maple Grove, MN on September 27, 2016. Three Rivers Park District employee noted 120 different locations with the plant adjacent to the cattail fringe. Locations of plants were on the west end of Pike Lake by the community dock and three homeowner docks. Pike Lake is also connected to Eagle Lake through a channel. AIS team will monitor following years to see if these plants overwinter. |
