| Comments | Further investigation by the Gun Lake Tribe, West MI CISMA, and WRD found EFB to be spread throughout approximatly 7 miles of the river from Grand Haven upstream.
2020- Additional monitoring was conducted by partners. EGLE staff assisted partners with physical removal of EFB in limited areas.
2021 - Response efforts were led by Gun Lake Tribe and West MI CISMA to contain EFB and prevent spread in critical ecological areas along with ensuring offsite spread. WRD staff assisted with technical advice, field surveillance, and some hand removal. |
