LocalityBlack river (Lamington river) in the Black River Wildlife Management Area in Chester, Morris County, NJ. Observed a few times between here and several yards downstream of rt 202. Upstream boundary is apparently somewhere between this point and Ironia Rd Crossing, as frogbit has not been observed there.
