CommentsComments from reporter, "I was conducting an electrofishing survey in this area and observed this fish jumping. We did not capture it. Normally I wouldn't report a non-capture but I know this is a significant find for the area being the first this far upstream in the Scioto. I got a clear look at the fish and I am confident in what I saw. I do have a photo of one I captured a few weeks prior about 15 miles downstream which was the first capture in the upper Scioto River."
