Year AccuracyActual
CommentsBryazoan colonies have been growing on and around our dock for 40+ years. This year the colonies were late. The ones that exist, became very large - 1+ feet long. This was a very hot summer. Subjectively the water in the river seemed less clean than previous years. The number of bryozoans was better than last year, but nothing like previous years, where they are all over; attached to ropes, floats, logs, sticks, etc.
