CommentsA population of red-eared sliders has been reported at Stewart Lake County Park in Mount Horeb, WI. After numerous visual surveying, only one (what appears to be a large female) has been seen. No other evidence of hatchlings, nesting, etc. Turtle has been seen at many points around the lake, including below the dam. Have not been able to catch and remove as of yet.
