Title:Blennies on offshore petroleum platforms in the Gulf of Mexico: factors influencing assemblage structure.
Publisher:University of Southern Mississippi
CommentsT. Rauch surveyed blennies on petroleum platforms in 1997 before and after Hurricane Danny passed through; found no major changes in assemblage structure. Surveyed blennies again in 1999 and found the same assemblage structure. Hypsoblennius invemar was very abundant down to 15 m in depth. Platforms are in water depths from 30 to 43 m.
