CommentsIllegal introduction of yellow perch ruined a good trout fishery in the Dredge Cut Trout Pond in Valley County. The reservoir was subsequently converted to a warm-water fishery with northern pike, walleye, and largemouth bass. In an ironic twist, a recent illegal introduction of bluegills has severely reduced the size of the yellow perch.
