| Comments | Angler fishing on Detroit Lake (03038100), Becker County claimed to have caught 2 different zebra mussels on 2 different casts. The angler did not have a sample or photo but provided GPS coordinates to the location which was in approximately 20 ft. DNR staff responded and did rake tosses in near the reported location and found 2 zebra mussels about 3 mm in size on August 15, 2016. Additional searches were conducted on August 16, 2016, which resulted in finding 2 zebra mussels, approximately 3/4 inch in size.
