CommentsCharles Perry Park; City of Arden Hills. From the parking lot, take the paved trail east and down hill. Infestation was in the pond to the north of the trail, along with water hyacinth. Infestation was checked 3 times in 2014. No plants were found and were thought to have been killed by the harsh winter.; EDDMapS report
