LocalityMorton Arboretum, East Branch of the DuPage River at Glen Oak Forest Preserve in Glen Ellyn. In the river between Illinois Route 53 and Roosevelt Road (Route 38). Dozens of plants of various sizeswere noted along the river in the areas where the current was not strong.

CommentsDozens of plants of various sizes. Several plants were also observed in the East Branch of the DuPage River at the Churchill Woods Forest Preserve, south of St. Charles Road on October 2, 2002. Here they also associated with Lemna minor.
