CommentsThis information was based on a colum in a table in the Fish Management Plan that covered the Snake River from where it entered Idaho to Shoshone Falls, a distance of about 500 river miles. Shad only have access in the Snake River up to Hells Canyon Dam (river mile 247). The more appropriate HUC is "17060101 Hells Canyon" -- Fred Partridge, Idaho Fish and Game
