Comments" This was in the early 1980s--maybe 1981 or 1982. Our grandpa, a retired farmer from Iowa, had lived and fished there for years and never seen them before. I don't know what species these were or how many different species are in the lake, and I wish we'd taken photographs so I could show you, but I thought you might want to know of our encounter."
