CommentsThe jellyfish where spotted in Cascade Canyon in Lake Powell near when the canyon begins to narrow and regular sized boats can no longer pass. My brother in-law first was to take a closer look, upon him saying they looked like jellyfish, I leaned over and looked closer as well. At first I was uncertain, thinking maybe it was just foam in the water; as we passed more this turned out not to be the case. I sadly was not able to take a picture of them, but they did look like the Freshwater Jellyfish, Craspedacusta sowerbyi (that of which I found on your site). It did not previously seem to have them ranging in Lake Powell, as is why I'm reporting this.
